🌟 Lift for Mental Health 🌟

At Tornado gymwear, we believe in the power of pushing our own limits to make a difference in the lives of others. That's why we're excited to introduce our "Lift for Mental Health" challenge!

🏋️‍♀️ The Challenge: Lift as much weight as you can in either bench press, deadlift, or squat. It's all about testing your strength while supporting a great cause.

🗓️ Campaign Duration: The "Lift for Mental Health" fundraiser will run from October 10th at 11:30AM to October 31th at 4:00 PM.

 How to Participate: Here's how you can get involved:

  1. Choose one or more of the three exercises mentioned above.
  2. Lift the maximum weight you can handle safely.
  3. For every kilogram you lift, we'll donate 1kr (up to a total of 5000kr).
  4. Share your lifting journey with us on social media.

Don't forget to tag us at @tornadogymwear and use the hashtag #Liftformentalhealth or #løftforpsykiskhelse when you post about your lifting efforts.
