-To EU/EØS: 2-5 days
-Outside of Europe: 3-7 days

Local delivery(3-24h) by the Tornado team for your order to addresses on Jæren area are possible

Do internationally orders have to pay custom fees? 

Yes. We have no control over custom fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees. 

PS: All orders are shipped from Norway.

 Can I return the goods if they have quality problems?

We try our best to guarantee product quality. If you receive quality problems, you may return the item for a full refund. We will bear the cost of shipping as long as the reason for returning the item is due to quality issues or a mistake on our part.

Can I return an item without any quality problem.

We accept returns for any reason for up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. However, you need to bear the return postage.

How long can I get a refund?

It depends on the original payment method:

• For Credit Card, it can take 3-15 days for the refunds to be reflected in your account. (Depends on the bank)

Shrinking item ?

For most of our products we do recommend washing with cold water and hang drying.  Other type of washing depending on the material may cause the products to shrink.
